For those new to the field,   "drive-in" typically refers to events or workshops held off-campus at a different location. These events are designed to provide convenient and accessible opportunities for learning, networking, and skill development.

TEXAAN Drive-Ins are centered around various advising-related topics including:

• current state-wide issues
• increasing advising skills
• collaboration between administration, advisors, and faculty advisors
• student persistence
• and other issues important to your specific region/area

These events occur with the direct oversight of the Region Chair and Region Chair-Elect.
